PROBLEM WITH GAME / BUG

Hello, first of all i like the game, but i have a big problem, today i received a bug, that the game energy is -1342991...  this is a lot of energy, and when i pay or i see a video for energy, its all okay i receive 50 or 30 of energy, but the problem is that this energy i receive it subtracts from the -1342991... so its imposible to play again, cause i need more years receiving energy and buying it and i wont solve the problem please check out my problem i give u my data here:

    There was an issue with the energy of some users (you were one of those affected). We fixed the bug on Saturday. Sorry for the inconveniences.

  Only you haven't fixed the problem for everyone. Still cannot but any power ups in store, nor any extra energy. Just get an error message.

    We can buy energy without any problem. Are you still experiencing problems when you buy energy?
