    Regarding this issue, since Tapjoy is a separate entity and Tapjoy is supposed to deliver the coins, we suggest you contact directly with their support service when these inconveniences happen. Tapjoy is subjected to its own Privacy Policy as well as its own Terms and Conditions, this means that they can block managers according to their policy and use conditions. We don't apply the same Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, and we cannot provide more information in this way. You can contact the Tapjoy support team by going back into the Tapjoy Offerwall and on the top left of the screen, you'll see the lines, one on top of the other. Once you click on that you'll see the option "Reward status". Once you go there, you can request your reward to the Support team and they will contact you as soon as they can.
