I am in the silver planet, the screen turned into RED. A lable appeared on the corner with the word (OBSERVED).
What does it mean?

  In any case, that text is letting you know that your league opponent was able to check to see which players you have on the field to decide which tactics to use. You can also do the same thing in the League section > Spy on Opponent.
