    Bought and paid for the limited offer consisting of x6000 coins and x3000 gems a few hours back, it still doesn’t reflect in my account?

    Good game btw, I hope you guys stick to updating this one more regularly and not leave it to die like some of the other.

    Anyway, picked up a few issues.

    There seems to be a delay in the Arena and Battle.

    In the Arena, I’ve played a few rounds where once it gets to the tie breaker, turns are skipped. I went two rounds in a tie breaker still being given cards to play even though it should just use the unused cards for that round. It then continues in the same loop with the opponent not having any turns at all. Will link the video when I’ve got a moment.

    Not sure if it’s a recurring issue, but there’s also a delay when advancing through the levels in Battle. I reached the Legend division but then went back to division one, and back to Legend after the next round of play. Only got the message that I’ve reached the legend division after the loop in play in the Arena probably some half hour later.

    Also when selecting your battalion, some cards appear in the line up and in the unselected lineup. Probably a visual issue.

    I’m using all the skill cards, but in some instances they don’t seem to work. This happens in Battle, I’ve realised they don’t apply to the Arena.

    You’ve added the incorrect amounts though, not sure how many coins I had prior, but my gems were on 4. Meaning you added only 770, when I should have actually gotten a total of 2000 gems and 4000 coins.

    And because gems are life in this game, I went and got me some more.

    In addition to the difference you owe me for the previous two purchases, the latest of 1200 gems still doesn’t reflect either.

    The first three basically shows what I mentioned with regards to lineup changes. Notice how there’s repetition of cards over the three menus.

    The fourth, for some reason I am unable to increase the level. I’ve gained probably +5 XP on that card, but it doesn’t show in the card count and after battle, it adds XP but ion that screen it stays at 17/15 despite several wins and XP gained.

    Hi, @Ms T! We're so sorry about that! It seems we meant to add 7070 gems, and the "0" didn't register and only sent 770. Sorry!! Regarding the last purchase you're writing about, can you please send a screenshot of the invoice so we can see what the offer was on it?

    Regarding Gaunlaug, keep in mind that you can only increase his level by increasing all of your warriors to the next level. He doesn't gain experience like the others in the battles. There's currently a visual error showing that he's receiving experience points, but we're working to resolve that as soon as possible.

    About the card repetitions, you can have 3 different lineups at any time, and you can use the same cards in each of them. It's not that they're duplicated, but you have the chance to change the lineup if you want to and use them as well in a different one, but you can't use all 3 at the same time. Does that make sense?

    Wrt Guanlaug, I understand. I still have him and now Akido too, at 15/15 without XP, still not available for upgrade until I have each warrior from their specific tribes at level 2 at least?

    Thank you! Exactly, once all of your warriors reach the next level, the special cards like Gaunlaug will upgrade to the next level as well.

    Can you please confirm if the purchase you made was for a normal purchase in the store or if it was a special offer? Was it for the Small bag of Gems as it says on the invoice?

    Haven’t tried to buy again, so no.

    End of season reward is wrong. Mine was based against finishing in division 20 with x100 coins and x50 gems.

    I was in the legend division.

    Hello,

    The end of the season is not right also to me.

    Ended on the LEGEND and got the REWARD of the 17 Division. I also checked that on LEGEND LEVEL some fights were strange and sometimes one of the users stopped to take an action...

    Adding, when you play a card with the “protect” skill in a +1 or +2 slot, it only adds to the card at placement, once the other player has finished their round and the card is revealed, it reverts back to its original level minus the +1 or +2. Doesn’t seem to affect any other skills

    I need to say something...

    I keep playing, with no REWARDs, I play for days and I dont update any warrior.. I dont have Diamond!

    All the rewards for reaching the LEVELS, I dont get anymore cos I already reached in the past Season... so no way to me to keep getting some Diamond to get more warriors.

    Its frustrating...

    Not thinking that I have 1500 Diamond... that I didint get them!
