    Hi @francesco marangoni -- If you cannot see the option to collect your Summer Season reward, please kindly log out of your account in the section "More > My account > More > Logout" and then enter again through FTB Account and go back to the Summer Season section. The option should appear again fro you.

    If not, please let us know.

    Done, but I cannot get access to NBA General Manager anymore...

    Could you help me? Once I login again NBA General Manager give me a new team to manage not my own...

    Hi @francesco marangoni -- Did you select "FTB ACCOUNT" when you wanted to enter the game again, or did you select "ANONYMOUS ACCOUNT"?

    Please send us the User ID fo the new account that was created so we can help you recover your account.

    Hi @francesco marangoni -- We can see that you entered with a different FTB Account and that's why it created a new account. In your current account, please go to "More > My account > More > Logout" and then select "FTB ACCOUNT" and enter with your "mail.com" account, not your "gmail.com" account.
