    Brino, since the limitation is to 3 videos per day only, what you can get daily is only 150, so it’s not possible anymore to “fully recharge”....

    After today new version, the system offers the possibility to watch more videos, but after the third no recharge is given and a message says the limit is exceeded...

     Hi @בן יהודה שרת,

    The videos appear when you're running low on Energy. You can only watch a maximum of 3 videos in a period of 24 hours.

    Hey, Brino.
    After I watched a video clip, this message pops out.
    "Ooops, something went wrong. Try again, please."
    Of course , there is no energy charge.
    How can I fix this problem?
    I'm using Android, by the way.

    Where do i watch videos. You say when energy is low. My energy goes low but still no videos.

    We're going to check into this and see what may be going on. Are you still having trouble with these videos giving that error?

    You can only watch 3 of those videos during a certain amount of time, normally 24 hours, hwoever, there can also be promotions that may shorten that waiting time. You can see how much time you have to wait for the next video in the section "Energy > Free Energy".

    Hi @Luca,

    I've checked into your account and I can see that you've seen the max amount of videos that you can see in a period of 24 hours, and for that reason you're not able to watch more. Once the 24 hours run out, you'll be able to watch another video. Keep in mind that it's 24 hours for each video as well. If you click on "Energy" > "Free Energy" you should see a countdown to when you can watch the next video. Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hi Brino, 

    the problem is that when I try to recharge energy with free videos (following the 3 videos every 24 hours rule, of course) the video plays normally but then I see an error message (something like "Ooops, something went wrong! Try again later") and I get no energy recharge.

    I tried it again last night and it gave me the error message and no recharge, then for 2 times this morning it worked perfectly.

     

    So, I'll try again once the 24 hours period expired and I'll let you know.

    BTW, there's no "Free Energy" counter in energy section :/

    Unfortunately i'm not able to post screenshots from my mobile, anyway when the video ends and i either click the X to close it or use the "Back" Arrow on my Phone, the dark skinned guy in dark gessato suit (The one that asks of you really want to close the game) pops up with the error message i posted above.

    That's the same problem you are discussing with Angelo (i think) in the bugs thread

    Regarding energy,
    It i click on my value it only offers 3 options, 30 for 5 Coins, 100 for 15 or 200 for 25, nothing more... and surely no clocks:(

    yes I use Android. It's a pitty that the iOS Version is so much prefered - just remember the free energy recharging.
