    I am sorry to hear that Brino, and I really appreciate your response and courteous manner in which it is always done, but this is an issue that I cannot accept. It isn't a first time issue, nor is it a second or third. I've only raised it when I realise it has yet again gotten out of hand, and not for the purpose of getting something at each turn. I've tried my best to over look what has happened, but at some point it reaches boiling point and I find it impossible to ignore.

    You can see my activity, I hope, and my expenses, so what I am saying is not fabricated nor is it some unhappy tantrum.

    With regards to waiting for a solution, I would be lying if I said I could be patient. I do not expect on-the-fly fixes, I understand it takes time, but I do not appreciate being taken to the cleaners with my wallet nearly every time I wish to purchase something to advance in the game. And user experience shouldn't suffer because of this.

    If what I wish for cannot be done, I would actually appreciate either a refund on my purchase of the 15 Packs or a re-distribution of a 15 Pack.

    I am aware that there is protocol to follow, and I would not wish for you to have to go against that.

    What do you think about this two pictures? First pic is at facebook on web browser. You see, 1 white player 5 coins at facebook. second pic on my phone. 1 white player 2 coins at phone.

    This is a great injustice for all users. you must solve this issue quickly!

    Hi Brino

    When logging in via mobile, the in game data still appears as the unwanted account (1.2.9:328559). When clicking on the option for Facebook, it shows an error message "This Facebook account is already linked to other user in the game."

    Via Facebook it also returns the account data of 1.2.9:328559

    The one I am looking to log into is 1.2.9:270390

    Should I remove the current version and redownload and then enter my FB info to resolve, or is it still something on your end that needs straightening out before I can get 1.2.9:328559 back?

    I've received my end of season reward, but it is erroneously stating that my highest Division reached was 3. Division 3 was what I ended on, the highest I managed to reach was Division 1, with either two or three stars.
    Unfortunately I've no screen shots of that.

    I played the tournament. First opponent left and I was marked as winner. Still I had to play the first round again? I lost and got nothing. If the opponent left and I won I should have advanced to the next round and get at least 1 pack for the first round? This has happened twice to me now. Please resolve it by either returning the coins spent on tournament or the packs that I should have got for the first round.

    Hi, I'm playing the game since two months and I bought a lot of packs (maybe 70), including the starter pack (3,99€). In these big amount of packs i found only one gold player, 7 green players and MANY duplicates of grey players. I don't think it's normal. I see other player's squad very strong despite of mine and I doubt they played (and spent) as much as i do. My ID is 1.2.9.220426. Thank you!

    Yes - thank you for creating a new post ;) I try to do the same sometimes to keep it less long.
    Regarding the season reward, you're just seeing the division in which you were at the time - that's a visual error. I can confirm you received 850 coins and 19 stars (1 star for each division reached: 20-19= division 1).

    It shouldn't have marked you as the winner, but it should have just let you play the match again as if the match was disqualified. The packs you receive in the tournaments are if you win the match, not just for participating.
    Do you have any screenshot indicating that you won the matches? (Please note I'm not saying you're lying, I'm actually interested in what's showing in the devices because if there's an issue, I want to report it and get it resolved as soon as possible).

    No I do not have screenshots. As You say packs are received for winning - if the opponent LEAVES in the middle of match I am the winner of the match! But in these 2 cases after the opponent left I was marked as winner (everything correct!), just I didn't advance to the next round - I had to play again the first round (this means as if I did not win the first match?!) and after losing the second game I of course did not get anything. The thing that bothers me is that if the tournament has other rules than the rest of the game, then inform people! Outside tournament You are considered as a winner if the opponent leaves in the middle of the match - should be the same in tournament mode and by winning You should advance to the next round (doesn't matter how You won - by game or if the opponent has left).

    BTW I can't imagine how I could take screenshots of that?! After "Your opponent has left" You get "You won" and the next is You see the tournament and You are still in phase 1... there are no errors or anything.

    I understand your frustration. Unfortunately what you're experiencing is a bug, and I've reported it already to the development team. I just added the other day in the forum that I'll soon be adding more information in the forum so you'll all be more informed about how the game works. Unfortunately, with other tasks in the past days, it hasn't been possible for me to do it yet. I'm doing the best I can and I hope you can understand.

    As i said before, opening a new game on my computer. i dont play that game. i play, my developed game on my phone. So i see that bug on my phone

    I've just checked into your account and can't see Ramos in any of the packs you opened. When did you see him exactly?

    Hi Brino,
    i see that bug, 1-2 days before my post. But this is unimportant for me. The player disappeared and i cant get screenshots about this issue. 
    İt has been 15 days since my first message. Still i cant play my game on Facebook and player selling difference continues. When a rival leave game, sometimes the game is frozen and you lost game. Tournament issue is the other bug.
    Also game has many errors. I see an other important bug but i dont say it. Because you did not anything yet  :)

    Hey, brino I think it's not normal I'm in 4th division and i have 6 golds card i have open more 15 packs and i have always common cards it's really bad because i found players with full golds card ...

All the day I have rush to champion's league and when i was champion I play to have 200 coins i wanted to open a pack and when I open a pack they say me 'you don't have enough coins' ( i haved 200 coins) and i relaunch my game and i was division 1 with 189 coins please help me :'( ;'(
