    Good morning,

    In the messages before every match it says that you would get rewarded at the end of the season depending on the highest division you played, not the division you were at the end of the season. I got to division 4 but got rewarded as a level 5. Please check it out.

    Hi Alejandro,
    I believe this is a visual error which should be corrected in the next version. After checking into your account, I can see that you received 550 coins, 16 stars and 1 green card which was the prize for division 4. The way the stars work is that you get 1 star per level completed. Since you reached division 4, you completed 16 divisions, thus receiving 16 stars. I'm going to post this in the help part of the forum soon.

    4. There's no account migration across devices like with other FTB games. You essentially start from scratch on every other device should you have to change handsets. I do not wish to link my FB account. Surely there must be an alternative?

    TLDR: My primary account, which you have already seen to with regards to the initial issue on card/ pack distribution carrying the User ID: 1.2.9:270390.

    Thinking that accounts migrate, I inadvertently started another account on another device as my primary handset was in and out of repairs at the time. So the secondary account carrying User ID 1.2.9:276569.

    The request was to see whether the cards accumulated on the secondary card (1.2.9:276569), could be transferred to the primary account (1.2.9:270390).

    If the transfer is possible, I do not expect all the cards to be transferred, the ball is completely in your court on that one, but I would really appreciate some movement of some of those cards to my primary playing account as my preferred handset and all its niggles has finally been sorted out.

    I am most likely to retire the secondary account soon but would like the cards on there not to be a complete loss in doing so.

    I'm in fact tried leave the game turn on overnight and it still hang on the "fromthebench" logo page.

    I'm pretty sure it is not the issue with connection as I able to log in into Baseball GM and NBA GM at the sametime.

    2. I was playing game at facebook on my pc. After game says connecting error and lost my game. I can play on my phone but cant play at facebook. When ı open this game on my facebook, opening a new game with "fode" username. My username is "SERKAN" and my User id: 122109. I want play my game at facebook on desktop.
    3. If you want sell same players, they given different coins from facebook and from phone. This is not justice

    You can see a blue player selling is 10 coins looking but you can sell 5 cons. you can sell 5 coins this player on the phone  version but you can sell this player 10 coins on the facebook version. this two screenshots are on phone. if you look same player, you can see 10 coins but you can sell 5 coins. same way you can sell a white player 2 coins on phone but 5 coins on facebook. you can sell a green player 20 coins on phone but 50 coins on facebook. you can sell a gold player 150 coins on phone but 200 coins on facebook.

    also i'm entering my facebooks email and password on my phone and play my game with "SERKAN" username 122109 id. but when i entering my facebook, i see a new game with "FODE" username, 316146 id. i want play my own game on phone and facebook. and this player selling subject losing  me and other players thousands coins! you can sell 20 green players 400 coins on phone but 1000 coins on facebook. this is injustice

    "I have an issue about selling same cards. When i was on my phone, the cards i sold have been valued at half of the cost since i sold different cards at original value while i was playing the game via Facebook on my laptop.     I'm experiencing some technical issues with your game that has happened previously which caused me to delete the game and only recently re-downloaded to notice it happening again. Essentially, i attempted to purchase one of your Bonus Euro packs for 79p and although the payment successfully went through and it was reduced from my account, i never received the packs, it just returned me to the Bonus Pack screen after payment. I tried this 3 or 4 times but neither attempt was successful in giving me my packs. Again, this is a problem i have experienced before and honestly it is enough to make me want to stop again unless there is some kind of resolution here? I know the amount is nominal but that is beside the point, honestly i would just like to be able to purchase packs when i want and this bug is preventing me from doing so.

    Sigh, ok so my next issue actually borders ridiculous. In fact, it is beyond.


    I have since then paid
    R117, 79 for the 15 Packs
    200 coins for ±24 Packs
    R13, 80 x 2 Tournaments > ±8 Packs

    That amounts to 47 Packs, with a card distribution value of 235? And this is where it gets ludicrous.

    The plan is obviously to complete my collection and somehow, plow through Division 1 and play Champions League.

    Obviously, what is neglectfully mentioned is just how much time and actual money it will cost to get there and every obstacle to prevent that is surely thrown out.

    I've received probably 10, if that, useful cards out of the total amount mentioned above.

    Time and money spent on just that, ignoring all previous spending and expenses, does not amount to anything worth value or player satisfaction.

    I am actually furious, no, I am livid for having spent money and paid for these things after having the exact same experience not too long ago.

    I don't want packs. I don't want coins.

    Though by all accounts, I should actually get exactly that, 100% equal to what I have spent considering that the issue seems to be repetitive in nature and there is no indication is to when there will be a fix, if there is a fix in the pipeline or a change strategy being involved, and what it will be.

    Since my last issue, which I actually in hindsight am not happy about what I settled for, but I fear I articulated myself poorly so I will try to bring that point across better this time and I hope I can do that effectively.

    This is my lineup on the secondary account I previously mentioned. The User ID I don't find relevant to mention as it has no real bearing on what I would like unless, and purely unless you need to fact check.

    These are the cards I have collected, and this is my lineup.

    All I would like is, in the same vein as you would assign a card to someone who purchased it (since I have after all), and it disappears from their lineup and you are able to restore it, do the same in this instance.

    Forget the idea of merging. Simply assign these cards to User ID: 1.2.9:270390 if you can, which I think you absolutely can.
    I don't care that I have some already, I would actually just like the full 16/16.

    I realise that you provide support and are not a developer, but it blows my mind how issues like these are at this point unavoidable from a users perspective, yet the NBA flip is being peddled at every corner on that very game loaded with issues. Fix the current issues before promoting the next wallet drain.

    Hi Brino.

    I was say, I'm playing my game on my phone but i cant play on facebook. when i open this game on facebook, i see a new game with different user id and username.  i sent two games id. But you did not do anything and did not tell me. still i cant play my game on facebook. what can i do and what can you do?

    also second subject is very simple. if you sell a blue player on phone, you receive 5 coins so if you sell 3 blue players on phone, you receive 15 coins. but if you sell a blue player on facebook, you receive 10 coins so if you sell 3 blue players on facebook, you receive 30 coins. i see and do this when i play my correct game on facebook. so if i cant play my game on facebook, i cant send you screenshots from facebook!

    It's not that it's difficult, it's that I need to have all the information possible to be able to investigate the issue, and I need to ask specific questions to try to rule out the possibilities of certain issues. If I don't ask questions and if I don't receive all the information possible, it makes it difficult to determine what the issue could be.

    Hi itsT,

    I've read through your message and, trust me, I'm not happy about the current issues in the game either. In fact, I've been doing everything I can to report all of the issues and resolve what I can resolve myself, which is all I can do.

    I've reported the issue with the probability of the cards and the team is reviewing it to see if there's something wrong.

    Regarding the exchange of the cards, in that case it'd be like merging the 2 accounts which is what I mentioned I'm unable to do, not because I can't physically, and not because I don't want to, but because of our protocol. I'm here to help you all, of course, and if I could I'd do many different things to help you even more, but there are some things that I need to respect, like the company protocol.

    Please give us some time so we can check into the pack delivery process to see if we can find something wrong and as soon as I have more information, I'll keep you all posted.
