    Welcome to the club. I stated the same issue, just in shorter version.

    Today I bought one pack (200 coins) and obviously get Ramos, had 209 cards in collection, but after 5 seconds Ramos disappear and I have again 208 cards in my collection.

    Thanks for the answer. Do you mean you need to be in those divisions when getting the packs? Or is it sufficient to have reached those divisions at least once before for getting Matthaus, Muller, Maldini etc... and cards of level 4?
    I've met players with decks full of 4 and 5 diamonds cards in divisions 9 or 10 for instance.

    I was informed that at the beginning it was like that but now it doesn't matter (I just didn't know of the change until now). Anyone in division 20 could have the same probability of receiving a higher value player than anyone in the higher divisions.
    It's possible for users to have many cards if they've received them in the Starter Pack, or if they've purchased many cards. One of the 4 star players is given after completing the collection.

    Hi Brino,
    OK so I kept playing, reached Division 1 and opened around 100 packs. I got plenty of 1 diamond cards, a few 2 diamond cards, very rare 3 diamond cards and only five 4 diamond cards. Thus 5 out of 500 cards drawn. That is around one 4 diamond card every 100 cards. Quite a very low rate. OK, why not. And still I keep facing opponents with decks full of 4 and 5 diamond cards (I've seen some players with at least three 5 diamond cards!). How can I get those cards which are not even listed in the collection tab? How many packs should I open to get at least one? Can those cards be obtained with the packs?
    In the meantime I encountered many times the issue of untimely disconnection, making me lose at whatever stage of the game (which is especially very annoying when you are 100% sure to win but get the "you lost" message whereas you're leading 6-3 and have only one card remaining to play).
    You also lose if your Internet connection is interrupted for a very few seconds (I'd say around 2-3 sec).
    I also confirm the issue of different set of cards in tournaments, which made me stop playing this part of the game. Too much coins lost for nothing.

    I can understand what you're saying. I'm going to send a suggestion to the team that they increase the percentage of 4 star players that appear in the packs.
    Regarding the tournament issue, I can confirm that's an issue we're aware of and the development team is working to find the cause and resolve it as soon as possible.

    While I still encounter several times the "You lost" screen in the middle of a game (making me actually lose), I have other bugs to report.
    1) I lost several times 30 to 50 coins after closing the app and relaunching it, as if the last 4-5 games were not recorded and kept in history. You can check my logs to see the issue.
    2) I don't understand the ranking rules of the Champion division. I dropped by one position after winning, the same after drawing, once I dropped by 2 positions after drawing, another one I didn't rise at all after two consecutive victories. I must miss something, but this behavior is really strange.
    3) My position changes in the Champion division even though I don't play. (It usually drops rather than the opposite)

    Thanks for the reply.

    Unfortunately, I have tried to delete and re-install it twice and still not able to get back into the game.
    I'm in fact tried leave the game turn on overnight and it still hang on the "fromthebench" logo page.

    I'm pretty sure it is not the issue with connection as I able to log in into Baseball GM and NBA GM at the sametime.

    Really appreciate your help on this.

    Good morning,

    In the messages before every match it says that you would get rewarded at the end of the season depending on the highest division you played, not the division you were at the end of the season. I got to division 4 but got rewarded as a level 5. Please check it out.

    Hi Alejandro,
    I believe this is a visual error which should be corrected in the next version. After checking into your account, I can see that you received 550 coins, 16 stars and 1 green card which was the prize for division 4. The way the stars work is that you get 1 star per level completed. Since you reached division 4, you completed 16 divisions, thus receiving 16 stars. I'm going to post this in the help part of the forum soon.

    I have some problem with players, i already lost Sergio Ramos and the problem was solved. now again I lost Gareth Bale and Marcelo. I got them in 2 different and put them in the team, I played one game with Bale and later I did not found him and Marcelo also, I got 2 places empty.

    Compre un paquete, me quitaron mis 200 monedas pero se trabo y no me dieron a los jugadores, me pueden ayudar con esto, por favor.
    Además, compro y compro paquetes y no me salen jugadores con cuatro estrellas, quisiera saber que es lo que tengo que hacer o cual es el truco.

    A couple of issues;

    1. Card distribution in packs is a farce:

    - Bought 7 packs, not one 4 star rated/gold card, nearly 25 duplicates though. So essentially only 2 solid packs issued out of 7. (see screen grab) http://sendvid.com/on9t6cz5

    - bought another pack within minutes, received 4 duplicates out of the 5 issued. Still no 4 star rated/gold cards.

    2. Rival match ups are inconsistent.

    You should be able to play within rank or closest to rank. At this stage, reaching 1st division is impossible unless you spend money in store, which clearly doesn't allocate cards fairly to what is spent.

    3. Tournament match ups are designed for failure. It makes no sense that a 14/ 13/ 12 ranked player faces off to a champion. There is no gain, particularly if you have paid to play.

    4. There's no account migration across devices like with other FTB games. You essentially start from scratch on every other device should you have to change handsets. I do not wish to link my FB account. Surely there must be an alternative?

    5. There is no username sensitivity i.e. UN duplication. I have the same UN on two different handsets, obviously different UID's. Would it be possible to merge to two or migrate the cards collected from one account to the other?

    6. Bought so many packs, roughly 2 per day over an estimated period of three weeks on coins won - no elusive gold cards in any of these packs. Duplicates are definitely guaranteed though.

    7. The conversion rate of the cost of a pack of cards, to what is returned for selling duplicates amounts to daylight robbery. Particularly taking into account the aforementioned points.

    8. Probably 10 packs bought with cash, i.e real money, refer to points 1, 6 & 7.

    9. Please give me gold cards :(

    Essentially, completing the collection is impossible unless you spend, spend and spend and then some and then you still won't get the cards you need.

    You're selling the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, but you conveniently fail to mention that a battle to possible death must be had with several leprechauns in order to get that pot of gold.

    ** At times when starting the game and going directly to 'Play" you're greeted with "service currently unavailable". I've found that for the moment, going to collection, tournament and store options first, removes the unavailable notice in order to play.

    1. The golden cards should be more difficult to come across, but it's true that it shouldn't be impossible. As I've mentioned in some previous replies, I've brought this up to our developers and they're going to check into it to see if there's something going on, keeping them from coming out.


    2 + 3. I'll add these to the suggestion list for the developers to take into account to improve the game. I totally agree that the matchups should be more equal.

    4. At the moment we only have the option to link your account to Facebook. I'll send a suggestion to the team to add another alternative.

    5. Unfortunately it's not possible to merge multiple accounts :(

    Our team believes they found the issue with the tournament matches and losing without playing. It should be resolved soon.
    Regarding the Champions ranking, it is correct that it updates, unlike in divisions 20-1, and you may possibly drop slightly after winning a match. It shouldn't happen often, it depends on the other users that are playing as well, and if they continue winning while you're playing.

    A suggestion on point 4: the same account integration as with other FTB games in terms of log in info?

    On point 5, would it at all be possible to allocate the cards obtained on another account to another? I can understand that it would be an intricate process, but in all things tech there is always possibility, no?

    Considering points 1 and 6 and your question to that, I do not wish to be so brash about it, but considering the severity of the issue I would look at compensation in either similar amount of pack distribution/ coin to allow for the opportunity to make the purchase with a hopefully better gain than the loss suffered initially.

    I wish I recorded the card allocation earlier in opening those specific packs and all the others, alas.

    Buying on that day a total of 8 packs and essentially only receiving 2 doesn't really seem like a fair trade to me.

    I understand that there will be variables, but the extent in this case is simply exorbitant and I do not think it unfair to ask for reimbursement or compensation as result of that.

    I have been trying to log in everyday but still not able to get through. It continue to hang on the page where "Fromthebench" logo pop up.

    I just try and it is still not working.

    I am using Iphone 6+ with IOS 8.1.2.

    I really appreciate if we can get this solve ASAP so that I can get back into action and compete.

    I have bought 1 new pack in store, opened collection had 209 players, Ramos was highlited in next 5 seconds I had again 208 players, without Ramos.  User: 1.2.9:116251

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience. I'm sure you didn't think to do this, but do you happen to have any screenshot showing Ramos in the pack at all, or did you share it on Facebook so that we can see it?

    Regarding the change in the Champion ranking, it actually happens very often, not to say all the time. And it's quite confusing.
    What about the loss of coins after closing the app? Do you know anything about it?

    Unfortunately, I have tried to delete and re-install it twice and still not able to get back into the game.
    I'm in fact tried leave the game turn on overnight and it still hang on the "fromthebench" logo page.

    I'm pretty sure it is not the issue with connection as I able to log in into Baseball GM and NBA GM at the sametime.

    Really appreciate your help on this.

    Hi Brino, I'm not sure about the exact date, maybe 3 days ago the last time, but I'm quite confident with the possibility to reproduce this bug, since it happened several times and I know how.
    We can set a day and and a time so that I show you if you want.
