    Hi Brino

     

    I seem to have missed the announcement that you'd be away for a bit, hope you had a good break?

     

    Uhm, I am still unable to access the game. Same as before; " Service unavailabel, bad gateway. Please try again later etc."

    I've done both updates that's been made available in the last month, including the latest that was available in the last few days.

     

    Needless to say, I've not been able to pick up my reward for last month, think I had about 4500 stars or something in that region. With the goal competition, I think I had about 450 coins worth so probably around the 400 goal mark, somewhere there about and ranked within the Top 10.

    It took me about two days to set that, and I've now lost almost two weeks  without being able to add to that tally. Probably completely out of the running to regain my position or make up ground in the competition before it ends.:(

    Hi @Ms T,

    Yes, I was out until today. The issue seems to be with the amount of messages in your account. What we're not sure about is why it's only happening in your account. Our team is looking further into this now and when I have more information, I'll let you know.

    Hi @Ms T,

    I don't mean those kinds of messages ;) I meant the messages in your game account.

    In any case, it seems that that isn't the problem. Our development team found that it has to do with the way it loads the cards in your account. The issue will be resolved in our next version which we're hoping to release today, but I can't promise that at this time.

    Thanks, @Brino. I sent my problem to the request center too, but no answer until now. I have lost the goal competition and i was 3rd (900 coins)
