    Also, that answer, or rather explanation about the points awarded per win/ loss is still completely unacceptable.

    Regarding the explanation about the points won, I'm sorry to hear you think it's unacceptable, although I'm only explaining how the process works. If you have any suggestions to improve it, please let us know and we'll share them with the team.

    Hi Brino

    Something atrange is happening with my account. I haven’t played at all this month, only collecting the free boxes when they’re available. This morning however, I log in and noticed that my language setting had been changed to Spanish and appears as if I had played one game. Some minutes later I log in again and seem to have played some two more. I haven’t played at all though? Also my level has somehow changed from 11 to 3 overnight 😂

    Hey @Ms T,

    That's strange indeed. Can you confirm if you're playing on 2 different iOS devices? Both of them seem to be linked to your account, however, the other device is linked to an account that hasn't been accessed since 2017, according to the database.

    Correct, I knew you were on iOS, I just didn't know if you were playing on 1 or more than 1 devices.

    In any case, we've been investigating the issue with our development team and we've made some adjustments in our database.

    Before we look into any sort of compensation, we want to make sure the issue is resolved. Can you please confirm if you've still been noticing anything strange going on in your account?

    Yeah I just noticed. I actually wasn’t looking for any compensations to be honest, just wanted to know what was happening with my account as it was all a bit strange.

    I’m not really playing the game anymore, cause you know, same old same old?

    Anyway, I actually would want to be back at level 11. The stars I don’t need either, if you could reset me back to 3000, that would be great 🙂

    I’ve stopped playing all FTB games. The promises of improvement are the same across the board but they never happen. There’s tons of ideas here and on the old forum that players have been giving but in a space of a year, very few of any has been implemented or given half a glance. The o my thing that this suggests is that FTB doesn’t care about longevity of their games or player satisfaction in any way. Sure you’ll get new players to take the places of those who no longer care to invest time and energy in your games, so I can imagine it doesn’t bother when a few decide to just give up.

    The Flip card games have been the same for over a year almost. Issues raised back then still remain even as new players raise them. The Manager games tells the same story. Then there’s this game. How incredibly difficult has it been to do something as simple as correct the info on some of the player cards? It isn’t. I’m sure you’ve a bunch of talented developers and staff at FTB, but you guys overlook the little things. It’s those little things that makes it worth less every day to continue any investment in these games. The only reason that I’ve not yet done a full uninstall of all the games I have from FTB is purely because there’s still a small naive part that’s hoping for an update worth keeping these games for.

    In this month alone in Top Stars, 12 of our clan members have quit the game. Just by looking at the top 50 I can tell there are many more. The only thing the game has offered over the months is monotony and quite honestly, it’s grown tiresome. The objective to be the best and best the best is completely diminished by the fact that there is no real input or effort to make it a worthwhile challenge directly from FTB. I’m not going to list the issues I personally have with that as a player of the game, hell, they’re all over this site, FTB just blatantly ignores it.

    Eventually people grow tired of the same cycle.

    Thanks for sorting out the issue with my account, I’m still not clear at all with how it happened or even how my account seems to have been compromised, don’t expect any clarity on it either, but thank you for sorting it out all the same.

    I'm sorry to see you feel this way about all of our games. I've just passed this along to the corresponding team to look into. I will follow up shortly with the team to see if I can get any feedback from them.

    Regarding your account, we're not exactly sure what happened either, but we made changes yesterday that should make sure it doesn't happen again. We did notice some instances of multiple devices, however, that is most likely from times we've had to link ourselves to your account to check into some issues.

    In any case, with the change we made yesterday, your account should only be linked to 1 device, which is yours.

    That was the point that I was making though. FTB's reluctance, or failure rather, with great exception to your communication with us, to really engage with us on a level that suggests that they value user satisfaction and/ feedback - past, present and future.

    Your predicament is understood, as always.

    FTB's as a whole is simply poor form.

    Your favourite sucker for FTB punishment has returned. :)

    I've started playing the game again. Left my previous club and basically have just been hopping between whichever clubs I can donate cards to. I can't remember the last one I joined, but since then I've been unable to get back into the game.

    Error message is the same that I've been writing to you about in the last few months. Service unavailable, bad gateway, please try again later.

    I've done many uninstalls and reinstalls but it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. I recall there may have been an issue with the messages the last time I had this issue.

    I am having that issue of not being able to get into the game again. Same issue as discussed over the last few posts :(

    I’ve just joined my former club and with the goal competition going on, I’d really appreciate if it doesn’t take too long for a fix?

    It seems to only happen when I’m in a club? Since the last time, I left my club and while I was without one, I didn’t have this problem. But then as soon as I joined again it started up :(
