    Hi all.

      Due to changes in our support department, we haven't answered for weeks and we're getting used to the forums. In the meantime we were catching up with the old tickets . Sorry for not answering before, I'm going to review this thread and I will answer the most recent tickets (and I'll keep going from now).

    I can assure you that I'm aware that we've had many issues lately, however, there are certain things that we cannot confirm if we're unable to reproduce the error. Yesterday, when I replied that the issue should be resolved, it's because the development team informed me that they manually promoted the players who should have been promoted to the next planet, and many users confirmed that they were promoted correctly in our Support platform. If you're telling me that it's not the case in your account, then we have to look further into your account. I'll do that now and get back to you as soon as possible.

    I've replied to your messages below:
    1. We're aware of this and the development team is going to fix this as soon as they can. I cannot guarantee dates on which it will be fixed, but they plan to fix it as soon as possible.
    2. Where exactly is the game crashing for you? In a specific section or upon entering the game?
    3. When the message reads "No videos available", that's because the 3rd party company that provides the videos doesn't have an open marketing campaign in your country. This was something that is out of our control at the moment, however, we'll look into ways to improve that.
    4. Can you please confirm how many times you're able to watch the energy videos successfully?
    5. You will be able to renew your players once they drop below a certain number of days on the contract. They don't appear at the beginning when the contract is still full.
    6. Regarding the display, I believe we found that this is because your device is in Hebrew. Our development team has already been informed and they're going to have it resolved as soon as possible.

    We apologize for this issue. There was in fact a problem with the player purchases on the Master planet, and we've resolved it this morning. You should now see everything correctly. The level was updated correctly from the beginning, the only things that were incorrect were the planet the player was on and the contract days.

    Can you please confirm if you've tried contacting Tapjoy about the rewards you didn't receive? If so, do you have the Case Number so that we can look into it with the Tapjoy team?

    Is anyone else able to get into the game? I have been getting the “Game closed” screen for six hours now on both my accounts. FTB, any word on when the maintenance will be finished?

    @Angelo,
    These videos you're trying to watch come from 3rd party companies during their marketing campaigns. What happens is that when they create a marketing campaign in your country, there will be multiple videos that you can watch during a period of 24 hours. If they don't have a marketing campaign available at that time in your country, then there is a possibility that you'll see that message.

    Let me know if you have other questions in the meantime.

    If you connect 2 different accounts to 2 Facebook accounts on the same device, it can be a bit of a pain, because every time you want to change to the other account, you have to change the Facebook account linked in your device.

    Can you try changing the Facebook account linked in your device to the Facebook account linked to the account ID 1:3996 that you're trying to recover? That should work for you. If it doesn't, let me know.

    The team is aware of this and we're waiting for necessary approvals before making the change. Please understand that we cannot rush certain things, especially when we have the official license of the NBA, and we have to wait for their approvals before we make these kinds of changes in the game. We also cannot rush the NBA to give us these approvals. Thanks in advance for your continued patience in the meantime.

    Hi @Brino,

    I know that you understand our point of view, but I don't think that FTB understands the problem. Maybe you are not in the positon to make decisions but I think you are aware of the dissatisfaction of many players (clients). And no, it is not just about the free energy. It is about information, bug fixing, updates and promises.

    But back to the topic: After seeing the final standings of the tournament, I can say the following: Without your change in the iOS version, I would have reached easily the 30-35th position and got Jason Kidd. Maybe I would have reached even the 20th place or above.

    I estimate your apologies, but that does not change my disappointment because you could without any problem accommodate us by adding the player to our account. I also asked you if you could give us 75 coins for each day so that we can also get "free energy". Thera are many solutions to make your clients happy, but nothing will happen.

    I know it is just a game, but I am a paying player and I think it is more about the community thought. Don't let the game die, please.

    I would really love to have a deeper conversation with some decision makers from FTB, Could we plan a Hangout or something like that?

    The problem with the videos is recurrent also when their vision appear after classifying 1st in a tournament, and a yellow button should allow me to get an extra bonus of the pushups....the video can’t get loaded and I miss the opportunity....it happened again right now, after winning the nba league!

    Please keep in mind that it's also possible to lose a match against a team with a lower value, just like in real life. It shouldn't happen very often, but it can happen as it depends on a series of algorithms in the game, like their players against yours, their level, their power ups, etc. Let me know if you have any other questions or doubts.

    I understand what you're saying. Since the level of your player was so high and on the Master planet, which is currently the highest planet, that's why it gave you a replacement player. What I'll do is that, I'll remove the player and increase Lillard to 65, but I can't make this change every time.

    What happened in the league during the weekend? It is weird that nobody in the management team recognized this issue.

    And the processing was not reasonable. It should restart where it stopped.

    I lost the league game because it was stucked again this morning. Later my team was not complete and my team value was lower. Thats just not fair.

    I dont want to be mover to WoF like many others. I think I will finish the game on Master Planet, thats it. I hope we wont be moved automatically.

    Please rethink the renewals, you will lose a lot of players this time.

    Should we open an own thread with all our names in it, everybody that does not want to be moved to WoF?

    You are not looking forward to spending even more money to "keep" players every 2 months? You are correct in that many of us hate the new update to "force" us to spend to have to keep players that we have improved. Could be the beginning of the end for many.

    Hi,
    I am actually on the diamond planet, and I have worked for fill the requierements for the master planet. Now I must be forwarded to this one. And what I see? After diamond planet I will be qualified for the WoF? I DON‘T WANT IT!!!
    I want to be moved to the master planet. For what I have played 1.500 games or ended 5 times the last tournament?! For nothing!
    This game is now terrible and I will quit it when I will not be moved to the master planet!

    i waited for the game to officialize it and show him on my roster but it didnt. and now i dont have the player nor my monet but i can neither try buying him again because the game tells me i've already got him.

    Every time i win a tourney, a message pops up asking if I want to watch a video to increase the reward, but if I watch it the app crashes immediately after the video

    But Brino, the player that has been given to me at random does not have a similar value, Anthony Davis has 380 and Blake Griffin 285. This is what I complain about.
    Once again the same thing happened to me, I won Curry I already had it and instead they gave me Aaron Gordon, I claimed BlackMamba and he replaced it with a similar one, I remember that for Wall.
    Please look at this that I am commenting on because I do not agree with the player that you have given me.

    Ya puedes disputar partidos con muchos más rivales, hemos mejorado el sistema de refresco para evitar estos problemas. En cuanto al ranking y las recompensas no tenemos registro de ningún problema de momento, se actualiza y las recompensas están siendo recogidas por los usuarios. Si te vuelve a ocurrir envíanos una captura y lo estudiamos. Saludos.

    I’m experiencing problems collecting coins after watching the daily allowed amount of videos:  I watched all the 80 videos granted today, but, as you can see in my activities log, I didn’t get 80 coins....

    @Jvalori and @Gladstroke -- Thank you for your confirmation.We think that this has to do with Android 9, even if you were playing it on Android 9 before, the latest version seems to have a compatibility issue with Android 9 and we're working to resolve that as soon as possible. In any case, we're checking further into this and we'll get back in touch shortly.
