    Hey everyone.

      Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience. After some months of delay answering requests in Zendesk, we've finally caught up on your tickets and that's time for the forums. Some of your issues in this post, actually, are already answered or fixed but I'm going to answer every post since our last answer 3 months ago.

    Sawyer72 you're already in League Level 2. We experienced some issues with the automatic change of level in the past but we've fixed it. We've answered your private ticket on January, 14th.

    Márk Kiss, player value is updated on a daily basis, the issue you experienced was just temporary and was fixed in a few days. Thanks for notifying, anyway.

    SICHKA, your problem was the same as Sawyer72's one. Could you, please, confirm that you're already on League Level 2.

    SAM MARGINSON, it's true, there is a known issue for notifying over-bids when you're trying to renew the contract of your player (especially, when you try to renew the contract of two players at the same time). We'd like to solve this issue in future versions. If you experience particular problems in your account, please, feel free to contact us via private Zendesk tickets.

    Jov machelen, League Level 3 will be opened 2020/02/24 at 18.00 Eastern Time.
    Regarding players' info issues, we think everything is OK right now (player value, teams - Jae Crowder, for example, is already updated and playing for Miami -).
    Currently, you can't renew legendary players using cash. Would you like this option will be available?

    Phil Jackson, same than Sam, there's a known issue we'd like to fix ASAP. Could you finally renew the contract of some of your players?

    Opezzo77, I think I've answered your three questions with the answers for the other users. If not, feel free to post again.

    Anyway, remember you can always send a private ticket if your problem is not general but particular.

    FYI, I managed to renew one of my Legend players with cash, but I haven't seen any available for renewal recently

    SAM MARGINSON it's possible to renew legendary players using cash but it is much easier renew them using coins. Do your legendary players appear in the "Renewals" area?

    they do but the biggest problem is that the Legend Renewal doesn't change - it's been the same guy almost the whole time
