    To answer your question,  I think yesterday there was a misunderstanding by my side, because I replied your question referring  to the device I was using at the moment, but, at home, sometimes I use also the ipad (bigger screen, you know...wifi only), and maybe(?) and android device

    We've made the necessary changes and your FTB Account is now linked to your correct account. If you go to "More > My account > More > Delete account" in the incorrect account, and then reenter with FTB Account, it should bring you to the correct account.

    Please let us know if you have any other doubts.

    Yesterday in the evening, I successfully played again with this account also in one of my other devices (ipad)

     

    ps: I noticed that the weekly league started anew from rookie level (I was allstar).....well, no problem to me if that's the "price" to pay to be back in the game

    Perfect! We're glad you were able to recover your account now.

    Regarding the league, we're looking into what may have gone wrong. There are 3 options - we could either move you back to where you were now, but you'd lose out on the reward you'd get now, or we can move you back on Monday, or if you choose to leave it this way and work your way back up, you can do that too.

    Please let us know which you prefer.

    I think  it is not going as planned and I’m not back in all star division....in the main screen, there is a window where is written:
    League
    Assigning position
    Coming soon

    Below there is the rookie division logo

    Anyways, there is no sign of the weekly league

    Hey @Jov machelen,

    Ok, not sure why it appeared in Spanish. That was because we had to add you back to First division and since the process didn't work when it was supposed to, the first game had already been played before we could make the chance. We're looking into that. The message was informing you that that game had been played before you joined the league, so that's why it wouldn't let you into it.

    So 5 World Cup tournament was down for the past 3 days and now it’s back up for its last day of the tournament. Is there any compensation that will be given for this inconvenience? Have a great day and thank you much!

    @FTB team, are you reading these messages lately? Are you aware that, apparently, there will be no weekly league? (Check this screenshot). Are you planning a new format with a new competition, maybe, and you forgot to tell todo el mundo?

    @FTB Team,

    nba season started yesterday: will the players' values be updated every single match they play?

    In that case, I noticed that all the players in my roster playing yesterday (Anthony Davis, LeBron James, Jrue Holiday and Kawhi Leonard) still keep their season 2018-2019 average value

    Would you be so kind to tell everybody if you changed the above mentioned rule that update players' value after every nba match, so far?

    It's 12 p.m. and those updates are supposed to be effective at 9 a.m., every day (but you know your rules....)

    another bug: in the players's badge, the value displayed refers to the "average of last 5 games".

    This is incorrect for all players, and especially for those who played yesterday.

    In the buy now section, check the screenshot below for Siakam, who played yesterday and whose value should refer to the last match, only. Also, the value should be 445 and not 890!

    This is very confusing......you should review carefully the content of the app

     

    ps: by the way, why the action button is the spanish "comprar" instead of the english "buy", since the chosen language is english?

    Well looks like FTB abandoned us, the forum is scrapped. Again another failed attempt from FTB’s customer service. Just like contract days, pure garbage and frustrating! Thanks for being so customer serviced based FTB!
