    I was renewing the contract of Bradley Beal 90 days for 987 coins, but instead I lost over 50 mil. cash. Please fix that.

    @Greg - We're sorry for the delay, we didn't receive the notification for the message and just noticed because of the new message. Regarding the cash offers for Condic, we asked once more and the system appear to be working as intended. The player should appear for renewal. At this point we don't know what to say more than what has already been said, while we understand the frustration, the multiple checks of the team didn't reveal any problem in the system.

    We’ll blow me down with a feather!

    With half a day remaining on L. Condic contract a cash offer finally appeared.

    My problem is finally solved - thanks FTB!

     

    It’s a shame that I need to run contracts right to the day of expiry before this happens.  Lots of room for error when life gets in the way of playing this game.

    In that case, it's rather strange (to be kind....) that the value of players in the app regarding the NBA is measured depending on external "events"

    Hey @SHARKK0S -- Regarding Porzingis, the reason is that due to his injury he hasn't played in a long time, so he currently has 0 points. When players have 0 points, they don't appear in the auctions or in Direct Purchases. If the player start playing again, he should be updated and appear again.

    What happened?????

    EXPLAIN THIS:

    2 hours ago, 60 millions cash and 200 coins disappeared from my account...without making any "transactions".

    Hi @Jov machelen,

    We checked into the database and here is what we found:

    - Regarding the 60 million cash, it appears you paid 59.800.001 cash to buy the player Otto Porter Jr., we didn't see any other amount corresponding to the one you mentioned.
    - As for the 200 coins, we cannot see any movement of this amount. The only amount worth mentioning would be the 1.167 coins used to buy Donovan Mitchell.

    Please let us know if you have additional information that could help us understand.

    Somebody hacked into my account!

    I didn't buy neither of those  players...plus I noticed  that Marc Gasol also is in my roster and I never bought him

    Also, Allen Iverson, Kevin Durant and Jrue Holoiday disappeared from my roster

    Who made those changes??????

    This is outrageous

    My three players that "disappeared" were on the "previous" planet, respectively:

    Holiday, level 43
    Durant, level 65
    Iverson, level 15

    I had the roster full this morning, with 25 players filling 25 available spots

    To buy those players, which I never did, I should have relinquished my 3 missing players 

    These are a series of actions put with intent hacking into my account

    Thank you! We did see multiple devices in your account, but not all of them were active within the last months.

    We've unlinked all of them except for this device that you sent us now with the Checksum No., but if you still notice anything, please let us know.

    We've removed the 3 players that you mentioned and added the other 3 you had back onto your roster with full contracts. We've also refunded the 2149 coins and 59,800,001 cash that you lost during all that.

    Unfortunately, we're not exactly sure what happened. We're looking into that, but we made sure that no other devices were linked to your account to ensure that the issue was resolved first.

    About the cash, it seems it didn't deliver correctly, and delivered 59 cash instead of 59800001. We've fixed that now.

    @FTB team,

    I hope you can help me.

    Yesterday, when I came back home, I tried to play the game on my ipad (connected to my wifi network) but, as you explained above to solve yesterday issue, you made  sure that other devices could not be linked to my account.

    Then I made something stupid, twice.

    I deleted my account, first on the ipad and then on the  iphone and, linking the registered email, the app gave me a new team, starting from level 1, with all the progress made in the past years deleted as well.

    Is it possible to restore my account, as it was yesterday before I did this nonsense?

    Hi @Jov machelen -- So then you're using 2 devices, not just one like you mentioned before, correct? When we removed all devices except for the one you sent us (with the Checksum No.), that removed all other devices linked to this account, but we did that because you told us you were using just one device.

    In any case, we can assure you that your account isn't deleted, however, to make it easier for you to recover your account, we suggest linking it to Facebook or FTB Account.

    In the meantime, can you please kindly create a new account and send us that User ID so we can assist you with this as soon as possible?
