    Hi @Roberto -- As we mentioned yesterday, if they are activated and they don't appear, it would be an error. We will look into this with the team to find out what may have happened. Today you should see "STOJAKOVIC" and "WEBBER". The Limited Edition players are "THADDEUS YOUNG" and "TRAE YOUNG". Do you not see them either? Can you please send us your User ID so we can check into it? We've logged into our accounts and we can see them.

    Please don't misunderstand our comments. We are not saying this about your behavior because your reporting bugs. The whole point of this section of the forum is for you to report bugs, and we're always happy to help you resolve them whenever we can, however, there are some ways in which you write to us that come across as attacking and we will not tolerate that behavior in the forum.

    If you are going to report a bug, that's fine, you can report it and there's no problem with that, but you cannot start attacking us as if we don't care and that we're not doing our jobs because, as much as it may seem that way, we are all working non-stop to improve our games as much as possible.

    Keep in mind that not all bugs can be resolved by us in Support. In those cases, we need to work with the development team so that they can resolve them as soon as possible. We also cannot resolve every issue instantly and in the same moment. We are working on resolving multiple issues throughout the day and some of them take longer than others. All we're asking for is a bit more understanding on your end. 

    Of course, we understand your frustrations, and we're going to do our best to get all of these issues resolved as soon as possible and ensure that they don't happen again. If they happen again, we'll work to resolve them as soon as possible.

    player improvement; Sigo teniendo problemas, no se si solo pasa el fin de semana, pero si podeis comprobar lo que he pagado por subir de nivel 31-32 3472 M , nivel 29-30 3 M, y este fin de semana con estos precios no me dan para más.Los demás fines de semana han sido iguales, he pagado casi el doble por subir mis jugadores de nivel.

    @tr0v4d0r -- Hemos revisado tu cuenta y, según lo que vemos en nuestra base de datos, se ha quitado lo que corresponde en cada caso, y no se ha duplicado ningún pago. Cada transacción era para un jugador diferente en cada caso.

    @Hedde -- Was your renewal with cash or coins? When exactly did you win the offer? For some reason we're having a hard time finding the offer you're referring to.

    @Hedde -- We've checked into this further and we were able to find the info in the end. We can see in our database, that the offer you had was for 60 days, and not 90 days. Here is a screenshot from our database showing the contract was for 60 days:

    ID: 566 is referring to Antetokounmpo.

    @Joao Santos -- We were able to find an account under the name you mentioned, however, it's at level 1 and linked to a Facebook account. Do you remember the last day you were able to access the account, which level you were on, and some of your best players?

    Hi, the language was either English or Portuguese, but I believe it was english. The team was Lakers. I had lebron,westbrook, harden, durant, cousins, simons, curry and davis (from silver planet). All the rest were from gold planet. If you need any more info just let me know. I also had more than 4 billion and over 12k coins.

    From what I remeber, the level was above 135 and last thursday I played this game. I thibk on friday I was unable to login

It is under the name Joao Santos (not sure why this account wasn't showing in our previous searches with your name), however, your account is showing you were at level 126 (ID: 3:7262686). Can you please link your current account either to Facebook or FTB Account in the section "More > My account" and let us know that User ID so we can help you recover it easily? Afterwards, if you no longer want it linked, we can remove it, however, having it linked to one of those accounts will make it easier for you to recover your account.

    Hi @Joao Santos --  Thanks! We've gone ahead and made the necessary changes now. Please kindly follow these steps in the account that you do NOT want:

    1. Go to the section "More > My account > More > Delete account"
    2. On the main screen, where it gives you the login options, please select "FTB ACCOUNT" and enter your FTB Account details.

    That should now take you back to the account you've been trying to recover. If not, please let us know.

    We all know that after gaining a certain amount of "experience" every manager pass to the superior level.

    For example, after, two years, I'm at level #132#.

    Today, playing vs one of the five opponent managers  in the weekly league, I noticed that this manager is at level #468#

    Is that even possible or I'm playing against ghosts????????

    I can publish the screenshot as a proof......

    The tone of the  answer will explain much of this game.

    We're looking further into this, however, you can rest assured that the level is not going to affect the result of the game. It seems to be a visual issue. We'll have this resolved as soon as possible.

    you just deleted a message where you wrote that the roster and the level didn't not match the manager "strawbarry allen": if this is possible and I notice that by chance, how can I be sure that the mechanism of the game is not a fraud?

    Hi @Roberto - We deleted the message because we had new information that basically made the previous message irrelevant. We weren't sure of the issue being part of the league at the time, therefore, we wrote which is the one that's still there. The levels and players don't match, and that's what we're looking into. The mechanism is not a fraud. We've mentioned on different occasions that there can be bugs, and we need to look into them once they're reported to us and resolve them as soon as possible, which is what we're going to be doing with this one. Thanks for your patience.

    @FTB team,

    you write, now, that you found out that "The levels and players don't match".

    But that's not it, only, because that would be only a minor bug.

    Truth is, and you confirmed that in the deleted message, a manager was  given a different roster with a different value.

    If, playing long enough in this game, I have  the suspect (supported with proof) that the opponents are just  random assembled "ghosts", the game is a fraud.....Are you with me, now?

    I'm very patienteven though that patience ended a few days ago when I addressed directly the NBA, official licenser of the game, because, indirectly, it's their reputation at stake.

    Hi @Roberto - We're not going to get into any argument with you over this. We informed you that there is something going on (visual, and not affecting the results of the game in any way), and we're looking into this and we'll have the issue resolved as soon as possible. There is nothing more to argue here. We deleted the previous message because we had updated information making the previous one irrelevent. We aren't hiding anything, so there's no need to suggest that we are. There is obviously something going on making the levels show incorrectly on that user, and we're looking into it. Please give us time to do that and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you.
