    @StevenSJuve -- Keep in mind that in the latest versions of the game, the energy value doesn't increase +1 after reaching a new level. In Juventus it hasn't been that way in a while. You can increase that value for coins in the Energy Store.

    I have an ! message saying the Europe finals tournament will be deactivating on June 5th, but mine deactivated last night - can you reinstall it for 3 more days for me, or is it the same for everyone? Thanks

    Hi, any update to my questions 3 months ago? I’m still having the same issues.

    I have recently (in the last week) downloaded the FM19 game and have some more issues.

    1. As with the LFC and Real Madrid games I get no notification when I have been outbid in the auction section or if my offer for contract renewal has been rejected.

    2. I’m constantly getting “no more videos available” messages when trying to obtain more coins, energy renewal, jobs and player improvement bonuses.

    My last 2 or 3 level increases where I can earn extra coins by watching a video have received the same error messages.

    3. As with the Real Madrid game, if I’m listening to music on my phone and I open the games the music gets switched off. This happens occasionally when I open the open and when I play matches in the super league.

    @Poffa and @Mbhanderi -- Regarding the "No videos available", this isn't an error. It's simply that the 3rd party companies that provide the videos only provide them when they have a marketing campaign open in your country. If that message appears, it means that they don't have marketing campaigns open at that moment in your country. We've tested this multiple times on our devices and we're able to see the videos without any problem.

    Hi, thank you for your response. Do you have 3rd party companies provide videos for a particular game or is it for all the games that the video service is available for?

    I’m only asking because I can view 40 videos a day to earn coins on the Real Madrid game.

    So, if I got it right if a campaign is open it's open in all the games and if thre's no campaign open you'll find no videos in all the games.

    If I got it right, it doesn't explain why the no "video available" message popped up only in this game, and I could find video in another one.....isn't it an error ?

    and concerning those "market campaign" how do they work ?

    you can have it open (or not) on a daily basis or also on half-day/hourly basis ?

    al no permitir entrar, no soy capaz de ver el ID.

    Hey everyone
    I want to transfer my account from Juventus fantasy manager to football fantasy manager and I have submitted my ID but still when I sign in with my ftb account it starts from level 1
    I've contacted you guys on "Be the Legend" thread by mistake and they told me that I should ask for help here and they added that I should logout from Juventus fantasy manager and log in to football fantasy manager and problem still exist and the account doesn't merge

    Bonjour , je joue Juventus fantasy manager depuis pas mal d'années , mon id est 1:758658 code fan 1xkFVLvD8M , j'ai suivi les instructions concernant le passage à football fantasy manager et jusqu'à présent je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation et je ne peux rien envoyer , je vous prie de prendre rapidement en considération ma plainte et de la traiter sachant que le dernier délais pour la suppression est si proche , merci d'avance .

    @Metalord --We're going to look into the issue with the blank screen, but in this case, the issue is that you already have an account linked to your device on FMF19. We've added your ID to the list of accounts to force the migration and remove the account you have linked to your device already. Once the process is done, you'll receive a message in Juventus FM.

    @wassim -- We've checked into this and can see you already have an account on FMF19 linked to your device, and for that reason the migration could not be completed. Would you like for us to remove that account and proceed with the migration?

    @Poffa -- Tagliafico's value has already been adjusted this morning.

    @Felipe Câmara -- Vamos a revisarlo y solucionar cualquier error lo antes posible.

    Hi Brino,
    I ve noticed legend player are not dropping value once they are out of contract.
    Again this is creating a stand still in the game: just buy 11 legend player, upgrade to 60 and then wait because there is nithing else to do anymore... squad can t get better.

    I would prefer to ser legend player drop value once the contract is ended as well
